Frances Kathryn believes that we all have Spirit Guides and that they are always with us, loving us unconditionally, and willingly helping us along our path of remembering the Truth of who we are. From her understanding we have a minimum of two helpers at all times but can have as many as thousands, especially when we ask for help. And although they are always with us, and available to help us, there are times and areas where our Guides will not interfere on our behalf unless we ask.

These particular areas have to do with our greatest areas of learning, the ones for which we came to earth to master in this lifetime. Our Guides won’t do anything beyond an initial “nudge” of guidance relating to these areas unless we ask. They will never interfere with our Free Will – our right to choose.  However, we may ask for their help, insight or direction at any time, knowing that they see a much bigger picture.  Or, we may choose to proceed on our own (using our Free-Will) without asking their assistance and/or heeding their guidance.  The choice is always ours, and we are always making one.
